This supplement is like a Swiss Army knife for my health , it tackles multiple issues at once!! I started taking this product in hopes to be assisted with energy and boost my iron levels since I have low blood . This product has exceeded my expectations, not only do I feel better , I feel well rested , my baby is picking up weight I think because it’s made my breastmilk more nutritious and my hair isn’t shredding as it was , something that blew my mind. Although the taste is fishy and gave me mild constipation the first two days ,that’s a small price to pay for how absolutely alive I’m feeling. I absolutely love this product.
