I found that it boosted my energy levels and I didn’t feel sluggish anymore. I used to feel so exhausted daily but a couple of days after starting Vital Pregnancy Plus 3 in 1 I’m always full of energy. It boosted my mood as well and I don’t feel sad all the time. I would definitely recommend it to all moms and definitely buying it again for myself.
The capsule is not large and is easy to consume. As someone who struggles with taking pills; this is so much easier to swallow. It’s easy on the stomach too. I did not get constipated or had a runny tummy, just normal bowel movements that I actually used to struggle with.
I can taste the fat in the formulation, must be those fatty acids. 😂😂
