TRESemmé BOTANIQUE Nourish & Replenish Shampoo

My hair hasn't felt this soft in a while, it added moisture to my curls and it has been helping with frizz as well.

The shampoo runs clear and has low sulphates that won't sting your eyes. It lathers but but not to much. The shampoo leaves hair clean but without stripping it of moisture. The 750ml size at R79.99 is great value for money.

As I said in my TRESemmé BOTANIQUE Nourish & Replenish Range review, I have dry high porosity hair and this shampoo dries out my hair a lot. Because it's so dry, it breaks more than usual when I am rinsing out the shampoo, which makes a sad little bunny :(

I also developed a dry scalp condition in 2016, which subsided when I found a certain shampoo to use. When I started using the TRESemmé BOTANIQUE Nourish & Replenish Shampoo, my scalp issues were aggravated again.

It smells amazing, though. Chances are I won't opt to buy it when I am purchasing hair care products.

Tips:
- Shampoo is lower in sulphates, free from parabens, dyes and silicones so its great to remove build up and retaining moisture
- Add #teatreeoil for extra scalp care, especially if it's itchy.
- Shampoo twice for thorough clean and leave in for 2-3 mins for max effect.

TRESemmé BOTANIQUE Nourish & Replenish Shampoo is infused with coconut milk and Aloe Vera, which does wonders for your hair.

Product: I wash my hair every 2-3 days, with other regular shampoo, I did not find I could 'go longer' with this one. I do however like this shampoo because it has no Parabens, no Dyes or Silicones with natural ingredients and lower sulphates.

I love how this product smells, and the fact that it lathers up very well, and leaves my hair soft and feeling CLEAN.

Packaging: Like other TRESemmé shampoo and conditioners, the bottle is simple, easy to use, easy to open and not prone to breaking, etc.

Tresseme Botanique Shampoo smells amazing, not only that, it gets rid of all the build up from finishing products leaving your tresses super clean. Clean hair means better penetration for the conditioner to work its wonders.

Only down side of this shampoo is that it makes my scalp itch a little, possibly cos I've got sensitive skin.

TRESemme Botanique Has honestly been the best thing that has ever happened to my hair thus far,my hair feels softer,smells great and its a lot easier to brush!

The shampoo:
My hair smells great after washing it with the shampoo and I love that the product has all the natural ingredients my hair needs such as coconut milk and aloe vera and the fact that it is silicone free.

My style tips:
I like to part my hair before applying the shampoo then I wet it.
I then apply the shampoo from tip to root and then massage my head gently while cleaning my hair.
I then rinse out the shampoo with Luke warm water(never rinse your hair with hot water because that can lead to breakage especially if you have an afro)

This shampoo is affordable, easily accessible and works great!

Its is free from parabens, dyes and silicone's. it has With lower sulphates but not completely free of sulphates.

The hair is gently cleansed & build up is removed whilst locking in moisture. It contains natural ingredients such as Coconut Milk and Aloe Vera.

My hair definitely feels more moisturized and soft, which is great as my hair is really processed and usually feels a bit rough.

Perfect for your weekly wash! (If you wash your hair daily, opt for a SULPHATE FREE shampoo instead)

I was so excited to try out this product, it is not often that there is a shampoo and conditioner for natural ladies.
I used this product on 4 day old hair and had a lot of product build up on my hair as I often use a combination of oils and setting products.

Good value for money, R79,99 is a reasonable price for a product with 750ml of content. it definitely is a good budget buy and will last you for a few washes before you need to replace it

This smells so divine, I only washed my hair once and all the old product washed well and my hair felt cleansed without feeling dry and tangled, Although this is not a sulphate free shampoo I am impressed that my hair was not knotted at all and super soft

This Shampoo is a great buy, Because it is not a sulphate free shampoo i would recommend not washing your hair everyday but instead using it as a deep cleansing shampoo

Im in love with the packaging ! This green opaque colour looks inviting. The packaging is basic and informative.
The shampoo smells absolutely amazing. I mean this is my kind of scent! It smells of vanilla caramel and I totally love it.
When you pour it out on your hand. The shimmering consistency is not too thick, nor too runny.

How I Use It
I lather it through all of my hair properly. I gently massage my scalp near hair roots as I shampoo, letting the foams run through my hair.
Then I wash it off with normal temperature water.

The shampoo lathers up very well makes my hair squeaky clean. Even if I have oil in my hair, it removes every trace of oil and dirt from my hair leaving it fresh. However, I always need to follow this up with a conditioner. The combo with the shampoo and conditioner is a must do!

This is a great shampoo for normal to oily hair type beauties and if any hair type. Always follow up with a conditioner after using this shampoo. Always dry your hair with a soft cotton towel or Tshirt to avoid frizz.
