A little definitely goes a long way it's very concentrated, and this probably explains the price. What I don't like about the product is that when applying it it creates a bit of a film on my scalp not allowing any other products to penetrate my scalp. So I would suggest that you put it on your palm and allow it to melt and then use your fingertips. If you initially use your fingertips it won't melt adequately enough. The coconut oil in the product needs to thoroughly melt in order to penetrate your scalp.
