What I like about this product is that I don’t need to dip it in a tiny pot to get some product on the tip. I’ll leave that for colours, as black is the more basic, everyday, everywhere colour for liquid eyeliner. When applying or looking at the tip, the colour seems more navy than black. However… Once it dries it looks black to me. Applying is really simple, I can control the thickness of my liner much easier than with a brush. It dries very quickly, and it doesn’t smudge. So all I do is take an ear bud, dab on some water, and rectify my dilemma. The only unfortunate thing is that there is no indicator as to when its going dry or almost done in the pen itself.
