It does indeed leave my lips soft. It also has a Spf of 20 which is great, protecting my lips against the sun. It has a great smell ( fruity obviously ) and doesn't dry out my lips. Definitely one of my favourite Lip-Ice brands. Would I purchase it again? Hell yeah.
