As a toner, it doesn't dry-out, overtighten, or stick nastily to my skin during my morning and evening skincare routines (I use it sparingly between my cleanser and serum, and then between my serum and moisturiser.) 4. It prepares and layers my skincare products really well onto my skin. 5. After applying my makeup, it gives a dewy and natural finish.
