It really does remove makeup, including foundation and even eye makeup, very easily and gently. Unlike most cleansers, this doesn't leave your face feeling dry. I love this product from Sisley. You gently rub a small amount in tiny circles over your entire face and neck after cleansing. It actually feels like you are just putting lotion on. It feels great as there is no stickyness whatsoever. It really gets all those impurities out of your skin. it claims to dissolve makeup. I cannot really voucher for that because I do not use any foundation or base or any of that stuff at all so I cannot say here how well that works. You can only truly see the effects of this Cleansing milk if you follow this procedure with the Alcohol-Free Floral Toning Lotion also from Sisley. You will be surprised how much of impurities is still left on your skin after cleansing when you do not use this product.
