Plantur 39 Colour Brown Shampoo & Conditioner

What a wonderful product!
A friend of mine asked me where I had my hair done a few days into the trial. I did not have my hair done at all!

I like the shampoo more than the conditioner. The conditioner is runny and the tube not so nice to handle.

My hair was so shiny, which is wasn't in a very long time. The smell was great and my hair was so much more easy to blowdry, even without styling products.

My grey hair was less noticeable and the colour intensified with each use.

A great product for any brunette!

It works really well in hiding the grey on brown hair. it also adds life to hair and sometimes the grey comes back but the rest of my hair looked like i had coloured it. This product covers the grey about 90%. You can still see some but its not so bold and in your face. Its great just a little pricey

I was super excited to review these products because ever since I turned 40 the greys are appearing fast and furiously LoL. I am completely sold on these products and will definitely repurchase it and most importantly I will recommend it.

Packaging:
The packaging is perfect for the contents. I loved the conditioner bottle because it was perfect for the formula. The conditioner is very runny and was easy to apply evenly. The shampoo bottle has a cap you press down to open.

The Shampoo: Is a vibranct brown with a pleasant smell. The product foams up nicely and made it easy to work it through my hair. A little really goes a long way with this shampoo.

The Conditioner: The formula is very thin and also has a pleasant smell. I can understand why it is runnier though and the container really made is super easy to apply.

Effectiveness:
I will give these products a ten out of ten for effectiveness. It does exactly what it promises to do. Best of all is that you do not have to sacrifice moisture for colour. I usually suffer from dry dull looking hair but this added extra moisture and covered up most of my grey friends:-) Honestly speaking there are no cons for me when it comes to these products.

I’m so glad I got to review these products – I think they're great!. Here’s why:

Packaging:
Packaging is standard, nothing new or fancy, although the conditioner bottle leaked onto my white bedding! ? The shampoo has one of those lids where you press the top open, and the conditioner is in a big brown tube.

Product:
The first thing I noticed was the colour of the shampoo – a rich and vibrant, very appealing kind of brown which is strange in a shampoo, but makes sense as it is meant to enhance your hair colour.
The conditioner is a darker, runnier brown.
The problem with this though is that it can leave your fingernails a bit muddy looking after, but it clears away quick enough.
The shampoo foams up more than any other shampoo I’ve used, so a little goes a LONG way! I learnt this lesson after my first wash. The conditioner is a bit runnier and you have to be a bit more generous with it.
They smell really good and left my hair smelling really great, with quite a few people commenting on how much they loved the smell! My husband loved it so much, he started using it too!

Effectiveness:
Okay so here’s the exciting bit!
My hair is quite average as I’ve been losing quite a bit of it due to PCOS, it's been kind of a dull brown and hasn’t been coloured or treated in a while.
This shampoo and conditioner really made my hair much more vibrant, shinier and healthier than it has been in a long time! My hair still falls quite a bit, but I daresay I’ve even noticed an improvement in the amount of hair lost!
I have natural highlights that I love, and these products seem to have covered them and made them kind of blend in with the rest of my hair. Whilst at first I was kind of disappointed by that, I no longer mind now that I see what a difference it’s made to the condition of my hair and colour overall.
I’ve noticed that it’s more manageable to blow dry as well, and looks especially good ironed.

Overall impression:
Probably the best shampoo and conditioner I’ve tried in a long time! I’m really happy with the results, and will be buying more when my budget allows it.
The results were great from about the third wash onward for m, and just got better.

Cons:
The conditioner is quite runny, way too small and gets finished much faster, and as it is more expensive I might alternate with another conditioner and see how that goes.
The products also need to be left in the hair for about 5 minutes each, which can be inconvenient at times.

I’ve attached pictures that I hope show the difference. I’m really starting to love my hair again.

I got to try this product. My first impressions were not that good. The shampoo and conditioner is very runny so for my long hair I had to put a little conditioner and then close the bottle, rub it in and open it again etc. It left my hair feeling like grass. After a few washes we got the hang of the shampoo and conditioner and as my hair got browner it started to look more healthier and fresher. I would really recommend it and you must just hang in there. Your hair will never feel the same again and I can not see myself using a different product.

Firstly I want the thank BB for choosing me to test and review this luxury product, the price is a bit steep compared to what I would usually pay for shampoo and conditioner BUT, this product colours your hair so you actually save on buying hair dye, so I would repurchase, perhaps one month shampoo and the other conditioner, I could see a difference after the first wash, it didnt really colour my greys but it gave my hair beautiful brown undertones, it smells amazing but the conditioner is a bit runny so I wasted quite a bit.

When I looked at the Plantur39 products I always associated it with luxury and when the opportunity to test and review the New Plantur39 range for people who colours their hair I was more than willing to participate.

The Plantur39 Colour Brown has pigmintation which helps intensify your hair colour. When receiving the Shampoo and Conditioner, one thing that stood out was that the products contains Phyto-Caffeine which nourishes your hair and helps to prevent hair loss. The shampoo and conditioner also has a lovely smell and I love that when you leave it on your hair for at least 5 to 15 minutes it really helps to intensify your hair colour. It also really looks like a hair colour when you leave it on your hair.

The shampoo and conditioner is both brown in colour and its leave your hair looking and feeling great. My hair colour intensified with every wash and it had a nice glossy shine which I never experienced with any shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair.

The shampoo and conditioner is especially formulated for people 40 and over and I must day that even though I am thirtysomething it works for my hair as well. It is never too early to start looking after your hair and hair loss is a real thing at any age. The Phyto-Caffeine in the products also helps to combat postmenupausal hair loss and helps to restore fine and brittle hair.

The shampoo and conditioner is a bit pricey, but let's face it, all good quality products cost more than usual. I lived the texture of the shampoo, however the conditioner in my opinion is a tad bit runny. The products is also made for the inbetween colouring and it is also supposed hide regrowth. In my case, the products did not do that as my natural hair colour is darker than the brown colour I normally dye my hair.

Overall the shampoo and conditioner is a great combination and I will continue using it. My intensified hair colour and healthy looking hair was definitely noticable from the first wash.

Wasn't sure if this product was for me. Having dyed my hair since I was a teenager, never satisfied with my hair colour. I was and am always sitting with the problem of regrowth and now in my 40's grey hairs. I decided two years ago to go black and recently back to my more natural colour dark brown.

So on receiving this product I was unsure if it would take to my hair as my grey is pretty stubborn and I was skeptical as to whether a shampoo and conditioner could colour my locks.

I also suffer from hair loss, brittle hair and dry scalp. So on the first day of receiving the product I followed the instructions and even though we have water restrictions I left the shampoo on for 10 mins before rinsing and the conditioner for 5 mins prior to rinsing. I immediately could feel that this product left my hair feeling soft and the smell was just WOW. The conditioner is quite runny but it makes the dispersement of the product on your hair that much easier. I dried my hair and noted that the brown of the length of my hair was radiant but my grey was slightly coloured.

I followed this routine for 10 days. Each day my hair felt amazing and soft. It smelt so divine that my colleagues asked me what I was using. The colour was a radiant brown. My grey however did not colour dark brown but changed to look blonde and blended in well with the brown. My regrowth was not as noticeable as before.

I know that my grey hair are very stubborn as most hair dyes require a few applications before they cover the grey completely.

This product is amazing for strengthening and hair loss. It was visibly noticeable that my hair loss was minimal when styling my hair after each wash. I had minimal breakage.

I did not need to use my shampoo for dry scalp while using this product.

My family and friends all commented on how healthy and radiant my hair was looking and asked which products I was using. They have all said that they would consider purchasing this product in the future.

I have to start off by saying WOW!!
I never would have thought that a product could work so quickly and effectively and take all the mess out of colouring your hair & roots like Plantur39 and in the comfort of your home. By using the product daily, leaving the shampoo on for 2 to 5 minutes and thereafter the conditioner for the same length of time you can literally see results after the first wash.

Plantur39 does just that, within the 1st wash my hair regrowth significantly changed the greys took on a light brown colour.
By the 5th wash I decided to keep the shampoo and conditioner on a bit longer than prescribed and in doing so, my regrowth was brown and my hair was not only silky smooth but shiny too.
At wash no 10 my regrowth was brown and the rest of my hair became a gorgeous cappuccino brown.

The pro's of this product:
It works just as it says it will - at the 1st wash.
It enhances your natural brown colour and even enriches it.
The price - you will save by using this as you won't need to colour your hair.
It doesn't stain your hands.
Leaves your hair silky smooth.

The con's of this product:
The conditioner is runny (that's about it)

I truly adore this product it is always great when you find something that says it will work and it does.

Brunettes definitely do it better with this amazing range! It smells absolutely amazing and who doesn’t love their hair smelling nice?
I saw results only after a few washes my roots started blending in with the rest of my hair and I received compliments from family and friends about how healthy my hair looks. I have never loved my natural hair colour this much before I’ve always wanted to colour or change my hair because of how unhealthy and faded it looked but now I will be keeping my natural hair colour for quite some time since I’ve discovered this wonderful product. I can honestly only find two con’s about this product
-The conditioner bottle is only 150ml
-The price
The rest is all pro’s and I definitely recommend it to anyone!
So guys if you want your hair smelling lovely while it enhances your colour and covers up those roots and of course looking and feeling healthy then do yourselves a favor get this amazing products as soon as possible.

This is really a miracle in a bottle!!. I took my hair on a "winter break" to give it some rest before the summer, so I really had a good regrowth and was little skeptical if it really could cover my hair. What a surprise! After my first wash I could already see a change in colour at my roots.
The colour builds up after every wash and by my 5th wash my hair looked healthy and shiny. I was really impressed and was excited to see how my hair will look at wash no 10.

My hair overall, after 10 washes was healthy, the condition of my hair was great and I love the colour. It really makes your hair look shiny and healthy and I really love this product.

What I also love about the product is the fact that the shampoo and conditioner is brown and it did not stain my hands or my towels. So no worries about brown hands or towels with this product!

The Pro's:
It smells very nice and clean
No stains on your hands or towels
You see a difference from the 1st wash
Your hair feels and looks healthy
It really covers the regrowth and blends nice into the rest of your hair, especially if you have highlights in.
You just need a little bit of shampoo to wash your hair.

The Con's
There is really nothing negative about this product, all that I can say is that the conditioner is a little runny but you get used to it very quickly.
You need to leave the shampoo and conditioner in for at least 5 min but hey, for such lovely colour, that is nothing!

I will definitely keep using this product, I can recommend this to anyone with brown hair. If you are not into the once a month hair dressing set-up, go for this!

Taking the costs of this shampoo and conditioner I would prefer to use this product instead of going to colour my roots at the hairdresser!

This will definitely be cheaper and I can do it at home!

Really love this product!

At first I was very sceptical about the product but after the 1st wash I could see a difference that I even looked twice just to make sure! It made my hair look healthy and shine. After my friends and family saw the end result they are so eager to buy the product #nomoregreys #shinebrighter

Plantur 39 Colour Brown Shampoo and Conditioner is a good product range to temporarily darken/brown the roots of the hair. There is visible change after the 2nd use. It is most effective on the roots but leaves the length of the hair with a darker, richer brown. True to the Plantur brand, the product helps with hair loss and breakage. Both the shampoo and conditioner should be used together and the should be used together for at least a period of two weeks, depending in the desired results

These are my pros and cons (my hair is long, curly, dark brown and had not been dyed within the last 6 months prior to use);

Pros:
Smells very nice
Leaves hair feeling smooth and soft
Efective on 1st/2nd use for darkening roots

Cons:
Shampoo and conditioner must be left in hair for at least 10mins each
Conditioner is quite run and quickly drips off hair
The price is a bit steep
Product must be used constantly over a longer period for best results with preventing hair loss

My hair went from being dull, boring, grey streaks to a woman on a hair shampoo tv ad. Apart from the exquisite noticeable color, my hair immediately stopped falling out and the bounce and volume was indescribable. I would hughly recommend this product for anyone that wants an immediate fix as that is how effective it is. It is well priced and I can personally say its the best shampoo and conditioner for not just over 45's but anyone who is a brunette.

These products were truly phenomenal almost like they were made for my hair; my hair is thin and stringy and falls out on a daily basis but with daily washes, this covered my grey and changed the texture of my hair leaving it with volume and body truly fantastic I highly recommend it!

Plantur 39 Colour Brown is a great product to use between colour or just to promote your own hair colour. I was very impressed to see an immidiate diffrence in colour and texture after the first wash. Best of all is that Plantur 39 does not leave any colour residue on your hands. After wash number 5 there was practically no diffrence between my roots and the rest of my hair. Very glad that I could be a part of this trail, will definitely recommend the product. Love love love this product!!

I really enjoyed using this shampoo and conditioner. It smelt very nice and my hair was so much better after the 1st use. It was glossy and smooth. The colour on my ends which was highlighted ended up being a beautiful rich brown shade after the 10 washed. Unfortunately the grey still remained grey. This is definitely something I would repurchase.
