My dermatologist recommended this to me to protect my skin while on Accutane. My skin is pretty nice now, and I do believe this product helped me avoid permanent sun damage. Although it was moisturising and left my skin very soft while on the treatment, I felt it to be too oily once my course was over. Also it did not prevent darkening of my medium-dark toned indian skin and left a slight milky film over it when applied. The water resistance in it is not high and NEEDS to be reapplied after a swim. However, this is still the best sunscreen I have ever tried and I still keep a bottle of the spray version handy to combat that Durban December sun. The tint gives enough coverage to not have to wear foundation, I usually just put a dusting of bronzer over it. The packaging has changed, the new ones are no longer allowed to say 100spf, but rather say spf50+. I am not sure if this was an international change or just in SA. It gives a dewy radiant look to your face, without being greasy. I use the tanned tint for my face. The tube lasts very long, even if you use it every day. I started using an acne medication recently and the doc told me not to scimp on sun protection so I found this, with an SPF of 100 and a tint. I don't have to apply a foundation as this has one already and I love that, it is also non comedongenic so I don't worry that it will clog my pores and lead to blackheads or breakouts as I have experienced with other sunblocks when applied to my face. It is made do sensitive skin so I know I can also use it for my two daughters as well. After application my blemishes are covered and my skin actually feels soft to touch. It is water resistant and also looks good on camera!!! This product does not irritate my skin at all when applied and goes on easy peasy. And it makes my morning make up application easier as I don't have to apply a separate foundation or moisturizer.
