Being no stranger to coconut oil, I have fond memories of my mother applying it to my hair from childhood and even well into my teens. It's the best for hair. Use it on your hair regularly and hair problems will be a thing of the past. I myself use it on my skin as well. It makes thee perfect moisturizer. I love using it together with baking soda as a face scrub, works beautifully. As a lip balm it nourishes my lips and keep them in tip top condition. I use it as a cleanser as well, I massage into my face really well but gently, once this is done I wet a towel with hot water and after squeezing the towel I hold it over my face for a while then wipe off the excess oil. This for me has proved very beneficial, my skin glows with health.
