It strengthens fine hair and although i don't have fine hair I still feel it could do with a bit of strengthening and yes I do notice a difference in my hair in that respect. It's lightweight, so no weighing down and a few spritzers is all you need. It's a leave in spray so initially I was concerned it would irritate my scalp but it hasn't so far.
