The relaxer kit includes the relaxer cream (plus mixer), a cuticle protector (to protect your already relaxed hair), gloves, neutralising shampoo and conditioner. The instructions were very easy to read and follow. I did not use the cuticle protector because I had not relaxed my hair in about 9 months . I put the relaxer in my hair and began smoothing my hair. I have a very very sensitive scalp, and in a few minutes, my scalp began to burn. I braved it for about 15 minutes, then washed off the relaxer cream and used the shampoo and conditioner. My hair was very silky and soft after washing it. I have very resistant hair and this relaxer helped to make my hair super straight.
