The coconut scent sweeps me far and away to a tropical paradise. Even though it is a clear shampoo, the consistency is quite thick. It lathers pretty well, but not to the extent that you almost get airborne ;) It really hydrates your hair thoroughly and it does not feel heavy or greasy. It does leave your hair feeling clean, but not that stripped squeaky clean feeling. I would say you need to alternate with a clarifying shampoo once in your weekly routine to avoid build up. When used in conjunction with the conditioner, you really do get optimal results and forget flyaways as they are a thing of the past.
