It was one of my go to products this past winter season. It is free from colourants and animal derived ingredients. It contains Hydra IQ and sea minerals. It is fast absorbing, and provides long lasting moisture, leaving the skin feeling soft and supple. This body cream has a lovely scent, which I do not find overpowering. It is rich and thick, but absorbs easily into the skin. The nivea range of lotions should be a staple in any home and certainly is in mine. I enjoy this particular variant as the skin on my let and body can dry out quite easily however this lotion is always there to rescue me. It's a lightweight texture that's easily applied and absorbs deep into the skin only to give me hours of moisture and hydration. I now use this body lotion every day after my shower. It has a light, fresh fragrance. I have normal to dry skin, which is why I always opted for a lotion with a thicker formula. I was therefore slightly nervous to try a body lotion like this one, as the formula is very thin. However, despite this, I was pleasantly surprised to see it left my skin feeling very soft and hydrated, and because of the lightness of the formula, it absorbed into my skin easily unlike many thick and greasy lotions I have used in the past. Although Im using a sun protect moisturising lotion atm, which is also from Nivea, I had to try this body cream out. It's highly moisturising, yet light on my skin. It gives my skin lasting moisture and suppleness,not to mention how soft and smooth it makes it. I even use this as a hand cream and at night on my heels. The scent is lovely and subtle, as I prefer. I am surprised by the effectiveness of this moisturiser- it quickly is absorbed into the skin and leaves my skin feeling nourished and exceptionally fresh with its intense blue lotus scent.Despite its light weight texture, no residue was left on my skin. I prefer a moisturiser that can be used as an alternative to a perfume- so I appreciated the fact that scent was long lasting!
