Nivea claim the Hydra IQ and Cucumber Extract help the gel gently cleanse whilst maintaining the skins natural moisture balance leaving it smooth and supple. It is also enriched with Pro-vitamin B5 which should assist with maintaining the moisture balance and leave you with a nourished complexion. It did nothing of the sort, all it did was clean and strip my skin. It's for "Normal and Combination Skin" so it's not like it's created to help with very oily skin. My skin felt tight after using the gel. Even after using more than my normal amount of moisturiser it felt tight in some spots.
