I am not a fan of toners usually and do not use one daily until this one. I found that it really helped getting rid of excess dirt left on my skin after using the Cleanser and Scrub. It tightened my pores without leaving my skin feeling tight and dry. I did find my skin to be a bit oily after applying it until it mellowed into my skin.

Wonderful toner for dry skin!
I apply this morning & evening after cleansing my skin and I've seen a major improvement in the size of my pores and the blackheads on & around my nose.
This toner does a great job of reducing my pore size without drying out my skin or making it feel tight.
The only thing that's a bit of a draw back is the fact that it takes a while to sink in to the skin, and leaves the skin with a bit of a tacky film but that goes away immediately after applying a moisturizer/foundation. This toner also sits beautifully under makeup and doesn't affect foundation in ways that some other toners do.
Would definitely recommend this toner to girls with a combo/dry skin type.

I love this toner! It makes my skin so hydrated and it smells amazing.
All the excess dirt just slides right off my skin with this product.
I definitely think this has tightened my pores and evened out my skin tone and it's only been one week.

I used to use the other visibly clear toner but was a bit too harsh on my skin the switched to this one, love the smell and it really truly removes all the dirt to keep my pores clean. I love this toner and im not about to change anytime soon.

I honestly loved this toner when used in conjunction with the daily wash and I feel that this truly does get rid of the dirt you may have missed when washing your face. Did not irritate my skin whatsoever and I loved the fact that it is so easy to use. Definitely worth the money although it can be a bit costly. Would definitely repurchase and recommend to others.

The toner is also one of my go-to products on the range. It really removes every last speck of dirt the wash didn't remove without drying out your face.
The only negative is the tackiness but after finding techniques to get rid of the tackiness, the toner is something that will stay apart of my daily regimen.

I'm always skeptical about Toners because 5 years ago before I used Neutrogena the toners I used would always dry my skin out way too much and it made my skin too tight and extremely uncomfortable, because of this I'd breakout a lot too.
This toner was great, my face didn't feel too right nor did it make my face feel uncomfortable. And instead of my skin breaking out, the pimples just stayed away. I can't begin to explain how shocked I was because in one month I'd say I'd get atleast two breakouts.

So I love toner in general because it cleanses my skin from any extra stubborn dirt that wasn't removed after washing and this toner is effective in cleaning my face but leaves my face a little sticky/tacky.
It does however make my skin feel hydrated and not dried out and the tackiness goes away after you apply the moisturiser.

I was quite disappointed when I tried this toner, it definitely made my skin feel very hydrated and is very gentle on the skin with a beautiful scent that doesnt irritate your skin, however it made my skin even worse oily than it already is and made me shiny. Might work for people with dry skin or normal skin, but a major no-no for my oily-skin people.
