Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser for Sensitive Skin

I love using this cleanser with cotton wool like you normally would use a toner. In Summer I'm more prone to breakouts so I sometimes skip moisturizer. This product helps replace the moisturizer that I skip on those super hot days.
I have used this product as a wash off cleanser also. It leaves your skin soft and clean. I really love the pump dispenser. It has been difficult finding a cleanser for my combination skin. The cleansers I used to use as a teen are now too drying for my skin. This product has been working for me, cleansing without causing breakouts or dryness.

For 5 years I've been using neautrogena, and years prior to that NOTHING worked. I find that any product from this range doesnt dry out, neither does it make my face feel tight.

I only recommend this product to everyone I know.

good and gentle cleanser

When I first used this cleanser, I thought there is no way this creamy cleanser is going to remove all my make up, but I was wrong. Even though its so gentle and creamy, it removed absolutely all my make up, without drying my skin. This is the perfect cleanser for winter, as it won’t dry out your skin. I also love the pump bottle, it’s so easy to use, and perfect to use in the shower too, without it slipping or getting water in it. This cleanser is gentle enough to use on your eyes too, and removed all my water proof mascara. It can also be used with a facial sponge or cotton wool, which I tend to do after a night out, I wouldn’t dare splash my face with cold water in this weather! This definitely is a good buy, good for all ages and skin types.

After struggling with a weird break out (I usually do not have problems), I started using the product. What an awesome change!!! My skin is moisturized and glowing :) I can tissue the cleanser off instead of using water all the time which makes it very travel friendly as well. I used twice daily and within a week my skin was back to it's healthy self. I do find that it moisturises beautifully as I do tend to suffer during the winter months. Absolutely loved it and I have started to use more of their products as well. #addicted :-)

I was very excited when i got a chance to review the extra gentle cleanser from Neutrogena!

My skin is very sensitive and prone to redness, so most products irritate my skin. This cleanser did not do that! Usually when a cleanser is extra gentle, i find that it does not cleanse properly, but in this case i was pleasantly surprised!

My skin was clean and comfortable!
I will certainly recommend this product with confidence!

I love this product!!! It's been 4 weeks now and I'm still loving it. My skin feels smoother and is not so dry anymore. This is defenitely worth buying.

It's only been two days,so far so good,keeping my fingers crossed that it continues to treat me good,i have an oily skin,so in winter it gets a bit dry.Going to give it a couple of weeks.

I stared using the Neutorgena Extra Gentle cleanser nearly four weeks ago and I can feel the difference in my skin. I have used a lot of products over the years and I have found that after washing my face, my face felt dry. After using the Neutrogena the first time I could feel the difference, I could feel the moisture my face did not feel dry at all. This product is diffently worth the price and I will continue using it.

Its been three weeks since receiving my neutrogena and I couldn't be happier. Since I started using this cleanser my face is not that dry anymore and I haven't had a breakout since then. This cleanser removes all the dirt from my face and still leaves it soft and moist. The only problem I have is the packaging. The bottle is a bit uncomforable to take with when travelling. I would've preferred a cap that can close without worrying if it's going to leak or not.

Firstly Thank you Beauty Bulletin for allowing me to test the Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser, I am currently at the moment in between a couple of different cleansers and face washes but Neutrogena has left my skin feeling smooth and soft it hs almost given my skin a matte like feel almost as if you do not need to put on a moisturiser, I applied it to my skin using a soft sponge and massaged it gently into my skin and the results are lovely,
It is definitely ideal for very sensitive skin and for winter months all in all a wonderful product Thank you so much again.

I tried this product and is really impressed. I have a skin decease and cannot use any cleanser, without getting a rash. Neutrogena is the first cleanser I used that made my skin soft and did not cause any rash. It made my skin look Vibrant and soft. Got lot of complements.

My skin was extremely dry as winter broke and my usual Cetaphil for oily skin was just making matters worse. I was skeptical to try this because I wear Revlon Colorstay makeup and its not easy to remove.

First off, the cleanser feels cool and creamy to the touch. The key is to apply it to dry skin, gently rub, then add water and continue until the makeup has emulsified. It will then rinse away clean. My skin feels soft and moisturised after and I can follow up with just a serum (and this is skin that usually drinks moisturiser!). Definitely recommended for drier skin and winter months.

nice face wash...... my face is soft and it feels wonderfull

I received my cleanser on thursday and started using it immediately. The cleanser left my skin feeling so soft and not oily at all. I suffer from an oily skin in the summer and dry skin in the winter and this product leaves my dry skin feeling moist ans soft. I like the fact that it is soap free and can be used on sensitive skin. I'm totally in love with this product

I am happy to say that this product is truly gentle to sensitive skin and also very moisturizing not leaving the skin taut after cleansing.

I purchased this cleanser because of it's claims to be be gentle and non-irritating. The first time I've used this gentle cleanser by Neutrogena I noticed an immediate difference in the way my skin felt. It was silky smooth and felt really clean. It is definitely non-irritating and has a light scent that is not overpowering. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a great daily cleanser

Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser has been formulated for those with sensitive skin. It lives up to the Neutrogena promise of not only cleansing your skin, but also taking care of it.

This cleanser is free of unnecessary perfumes or preservatives that can sometimes cause irritation in sensitive skin. In addition, it is said to not dry out your skin, but actually add moisture to it when you use it. You can also use it as a tissue-off cleanser.

I used this cleanser twice a day, in the morning and evening. The first time I used this cleanser, I was happy with the cool and creamy look and feel of it. It does not have a soapy feel to it at all, but feels a lot like a moisturising lotion that isn’t greasy.

It was easily washed off by water and it didn’t leave an oily film after washing. Within a few seconds I had a face that not only looked clean but felt clean as well.

As for adding moisture while you are using this cleanser, I would not completely agree. When I use any other facial wash or even simply wash my face with just water, my skin is tight and dry soon after. With Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser, the dryness and tightness is not as bad but, it is still present. A facial cream is still very necessary for me after using this cleanser.

Overly, I was very happy with the Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser. It cleaned my face and removed all traces of makeup and left my face looking and feeling clean. It did not completely dry out my skin, but I wouldn’t say that it added moisture either.

Great cleanser for sensitive/ acne-prone skin!
