Don't let the title sway your view. I am a proud supporter of Essence products. Needless to say I bought this as it was on sale, as cheap as it was, and didn't know what to expect. It is a small bottle, so I didn't expect to pay more, and you only need to use very little after moisturizing. Applying your foundation after the illuminator enhances the finish of your base. Your skin brightens up just where it needs to. Saw my reflection in the car window, and the sun picked up every shimmer. Looked pretty cool, if you ask me.
