The texture of the formula is thick and difficult to apply. I had to literally scrub this out of my hair, and once I was done styling, my hair was greasy and totally weighed down. When I washed my hair it felt really heavy. When it's meant to feel weightless. My dried hair looked shiny, and was silky soft, but I know I rinsed the product out of my hair well enough, but my hair wasn't looking freshly washed.
