Wow what can I say as a woman who has acne prone skin the mighty patch has saved me so much going to bed with a red inflamed pimple and waking up to a cleared up pimple is absolutely amazing the inflammation and redness is completely dissappeared in the morning leaving me with a clear skin where that pesky pimple once was it really works in just 8 hours...
