Bakul is a flower and its incense and oils are readily available in India. Personally for me it evokes the fragrance we grew up with and its verily used as offerings to God in Hindu temples. It is definitely unlike any perfume I have ever smelt. It is a light body mist that can be used all over and last all day. The best part is that people notice the scent (loads of positive feedback), but can't place it either, so that definitely adds to the mysterious factor. I purchased mine for R90 for 100ml on sale at The Body Shop in V&A Waterfront.
