The High Potency Magnesium Powder is my husbands favorite. It reduces tiredness and fatigue and contributes to a normal electrolyte balance which is perfect as he uses it especially when he knows he will have a long day ahead of him at work. It also has a pleasant pineapple/orange flavor to it which makes it easier to drink.
