This product promises a lot including the ability to withstand heat and sweat. While it offers great coverage it really didnt do much for my oily skin and as for the sweat proof part that isnt actually true, The product does last but I am sure it will be more suited for dry skin types as it offers good moisture. The packaging is good and it has a little pump bottle which means minimum wastage of product.
I would suggest trying this out before buying.

I have been using Maybelline SuperStay for years and love it, but I was so disappointed when I went to buy a new bottle today and saw that the bottle had changed from the awesome pump bottle to a stupid screw off cap, I cant understand why they would have done this! The screw off cap is just messy and allows for bacteria to get in :/
Another difference I noticed was that the old bottle had spf19 this new one doesnt have an spf factor at all.. Again Im wondering why they would remove that sun protection.. it makes no sense!
Im seriously considering looking for a new foundation from now on :(

I've always struggled to find a foundation that is neither oily nor too dry. I love powder products but find they dry my skin out, especially in winter. Maybelline 24 hour was the answer to a lot of my issues- it lasts long, it feels light on the skin, it doesn't dry your skin out and it blends and matches my skin tone perfectly. It also works out fairly cost-effective. I use this product with a swish of matt bronzer lightly over the top and I'm left with a natural healthy glow.

Maybelline has always been a firm favourite of mine over the years, not just because of the price but the quality of their products. This foundation is no exception, its an awesome one. I prefer foundations that offer a sheer to light coverage as a medium one looks to "make-up" to me and not very natural. This offers a buildable light coverage and it feels lovely on the skin. It blends easily and is oil free which is fabulous. I feel confident all day long that my face won't end up looking like an oil slick.
Its got an easy to use pump which eliminates wastage. I apply it using my foundation brush and it glides on effortlessly.
This retails for under R140 at Dischem and it a real bargain. This is perfect for the upcoming summer months.

I have a very dry skin and find it hard to find a foundation that doesnt make my skin look cakey and feel dry throughout the day.
Super Stay is the perfect foundation for this It also gives a very good coverage that last an entire business day.
I have also put it to the test wearing it in extremely hot conditions and it doesnt budge.
It allows for a smooth application and there is no need to layer it. A little goes a long way.
Super Stay gives off a satin Finish rather than a dewy or matte.
My best part about this foundation...it says on the bottle "Non-Transfer" this is true to the word.
