Our Durban winters aren't bad at all compared to Joburg and Cape Town, yet this really didn't make any difference at all moisture-wise. It had an average smell to it and it didn't work any better than your average bar of soap, but was a lot more expensive. It smells great and lathers well without being fragrant. It moisturizes the skin well and when topped up with their tissue oil, does wonders for my dry skin. The only downside of the soap is that it seems to somehow melt and does not last. That can be ignored considering its amazing effect on dry skin. It's great for gently cleansing the skin without leaving it dry. The tissue oil soap moisturizes the skin and effectively smoothes the skin giving it a more radiant and healthy look. Other products moisturize and smooth, but do little to actually heal and reduce the redness of the scars. This product truly is a miracle for scars.
