I love its gorgeous packaging, the fact that it's cruelty free, the soft cleasning cloth that comes with it an the smell of the product is lovely and fresh (kind of minty.) I also love that I know what all of the ingredients are. It's a very gentle, nourishing cleanser and is great if you use a pre-cleanser or make up remover before you cleanse. I have senstive skin and so far I haven't had any reactions to this. How I use it: I wet the cleansing cloth with warm water and wipe my face, then I squeeze a R1 coin sized blob of the cleasner onto the cloth and start workimng it into my skin. It doesn't lather so don't think it's not working because there isn't any foam. Once I've worked it around my face, I rinse with warm water and pat dry.
