I only used a small amount, distributed through damp hair and blowdried. This made my hair feel incredably sooooft and nourished. My dry mid-lenghts was hydrated and my splitends weren't visable, like I have just done a in-salon treatment. However since I have very fine hair my hair was flat the next day, this is to heavy for my hairtype.
