I use this once a week to unclog my pores, by wetting the area I need to be deep cleansed, and stick this strip on, leaving it to do its job for about 15 minutes. When I remove it, I can see all the dirt that it has removed (Totally gross, I know) and leaves me feeling satisfied that my skin has been relieved of all that "iekkie-ness".
