Firstly the product is over priced for the amount of patches. I've used the patches on 3 separate occasions and it did nothing, I followed the instructions, even googled it to be sure, yet it did nothing for the pimples that I had. Tried the 8 hours, even tried overnight yet nothing changed. I would not recommend.
