I was intrigued when the BB Cream revolution happened. It was, and still is, a quick way to get the coverage of a foundation, with the benefits of a moisturiser. A perfect match. The lightness of the formula means you can use it daily, achieving a flawless look, and you could easily transition from day to night with just one application. Its reasonably priced, which makes it a great #budgetbeautybuy. I must admit that although I have oily skin, this worked rather well for me, only having to touch up with some pressed/translucent powder occasionally during the day.
I've tried this product and personally I disliked it. Its for those people who need a little coverage without blemishes and marks. So if you looking for coverage this is not the product for you. It only comes in the shades. I chose medium but this color made me look darker(or it could've oxidized)
I have purchased this BB Cream after reading rave reviews, however I find that this BB Cream is not suited for me who is prone to an oily T-zone. Great for those experimenting with minimal coverage foundation options. Even though it did not work for me, it still remains a good product and a firm favourite for many.
I am not a huge fan of this product if using it alone, but when I mix it with my foundation I tend to like it. The Garnier BB cream has not much options for choosing the perfect shade for your skin. It comes in light, medium and dark. I use the medium and its to light for my skin so I can't use this product on its own, so I love mixing it with my foundation that is a tad bit darker than my skin. This is perfect for the girl that loves makeup but not heavy makeup. Its a nice cream to wear during the day because it doesn't feels heavy on your skin, but with using this you need to use a POWDER to set it, becuase it tends to make your face oily. Also a must for me when I use the BB cream on its own, I need to bronze and contour to give my face colour to not look so pale. It gives a light weight coverage and covers imperfections, but you can build up your look by adding more cream.
This is literally my staple beauty product for every day. The Garnier BB cream is a great cover-up for the girl who's on the go and doesn't have time to apply moisturizer and foundation at the same time. It's light and versatile and it's easy to apply - not to mention it's cheap! The fact that it has SPF15 & UV protection is a huge bonus too. The only issue I have with this product is that I usually need to blend it with my concealer because they don't offer a wide range of shades but for this price, I don't mind. Another thing I have noticed is that it tends to leave a shiny finish on my face but I combat it with a powder.
