I love this product! Although I have oily skin, my under eye area is super dry and this is a life saver. It does hydrate and it definitely blurs those fine lines. The applicator is relevant to the product as it is very easy and convenient to apply concealer with the roll-on applicator. I didn't find it hydrating at all - my under eye area is quite dry and sensitive. I didn't find that it illuminates.
