It shifts makeup and seems to dissolve it ineffectually and leaves skin feeling greasy needing a wash with a foaming cleanser!its got a strong smell very in characteristic of a make up remover and stung my eyes! Not effective at all and at the normal price of R84.95, this product is a total disgrace! Do yourself a favour and buy a bottle of Baby Oil...you get them for sensitive skin and with added Vit E these days as well. Will work quicker, more effectively, soothes your skin and is way cheaper. I also found that it had a strong 'chemical' like scent. When shaking the bottle to mix the 2 part solution, it would not mix completely, you could still identify the particles floating in its counter part, a little weird. Definitely not gentle or eye friendly. It doesn't do anything. It's completely useless. Doesn't help remove make up at all. It has two layers one water based and one oil based, and needs to be shaken to mix the two layers together, once on a cotton wool, the make up remover breaks down the make up but leaves traces all over my face.
