I use it a couple of times a week and find it really helps with dry skin patches and even eczema. I use it in the shower and love the dual effect of body cleanser and body moisturiser. Now that it's winter and so dry in Joburg, I put a couple of drops in her bath every night. My only minor issue is the smell. Everyone says it's fragrance free, but I find it smells somewhat unpleasant - I think it's the Urea! This bath and shower therapy 20% omega is fragrance and colouring free rich oil that does wonderful things for a dry skin especially in winter when all skins need more moisture and care. I have been using this Omega oil after exfoliating and bathing, massaging it on my moist skin. I could feel the difference it was making to the feel and the texture of my skin. I keep it on my skin while I cleanse my face and brush my teeth then I shower it off and pat dry. Leaving my skin feeling supply, nourished and beautifully glowing.
