It settles into the skin about 30 - 45 seconds after applying and you instantly see it tightened and toned. With its 15ml packaging, this is product I would recommend has a special place in your purse. Ideal for a impromptu night out when you've forgotten your makeup bag at home and want to instantly look toned and tightened in problem areas. Think crows feet, and general eye area.
