It takes a little getting used to when compared to the original. The aquatic note seems almost cologne like but not in an unpleasant way. I can almost see this as a unisex fragrance however the dry down is pure girlishly sweet vanilla. It doesn't have that killer staying power of the original but as a summer fragrance it perfect.
