I had very damaged hair due to chemical treatment from relaxers and hair dyes. It worked wonders. I did not even need to even sit under a hood-dryer as required with most deep conditioning treatments. I have since gone natural and this is still my go-to conditioner when I need that extra care for my very coily hair. The tingly feeling leaves you scalp cool, fresh and sort of pepperminty. The only downside is the quantity in the sachet, not enough if you have longer hair and you might need to use more than one sachet.
