Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Treatment Conditioner

I receive the Dove Nourishing Oil Care range from Beauty Bulleten. I have to say this was my perfect match, as I dye my hair a lot. This shampoo and conditioner really helps put the shine back into my hair with its rich moisture complex that leaves your hair 5x smoother than other products.

My experience has definitely been a 100% pleasurable and I would definitely stick to this care range.

I've used dove products before, but not specific to my hair type. Beauty Bulletin picked the absolute best product for my hair type and i can safely say its definitely my PERFECT haircare partner! #DoveHairPerfectPair

I am so impressed with the results, after the first wash my hair was "frizz-free", silky smooth and manageable.
After a couple of days my hair felt healthier and had more moisture. I have recently dyed my hair with blonde highlights, so its been very dry, and this product just knocked the moisture back into it! I also didn't have to spend so much time "de-tangling" my frizzy dry hair after washing it. It was "knot-free" and soft and so easy to maintain while using this conditioner.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone with dyed hair, dry hair, or frizzy hair. The difference is amazing and it will make your hair, and you feel great and you won't stop smiling!

I used this after the Dove Shampoo of the same range and even more impressed with the product! From the moment I worked the conditioner through my hair I could feel a difference. It nourished my hair and washed out well without leaving that heavy feel that some conditioners have. I styled my hair as usual and loved the way my hair felt. It was glossy and revitalized without being weighed down. Would recommend any day!

I recently dyed my hair and I went from brunette, to blonde. This means that my hair is very dry, and quite frizzy and unruly. I've been looking for a daily treatment but some of the others I have tried leave my hair a bit too oily and flat. I saw this in Pick n Pay a couple of days ago and bought it - it was under R60, BARGAIN!

I was so excited to try it, that I washed my hair as soon as I got home. As soon as I put the treatment on the hair I could feel that it became softer, and all of the tangles and knots disappeared. I have never felt such a difference with any other conditioner or treatment before.

This is the first Dove haircare product I've tried. I was a bit nervous because, to me, Dove is all about body lotion and moisture and that made me think of greasy hair.

I was pleasantly surprised, and cant wait to try out the other Dove Haircare products.

I really did not enjoy this conditioner as much as I thought I would. It weighed my hair down to the point that it looked dull and hideous. I was excited about the gold strip in the conditioner but sadly it did absolutely nothing for my hair. The bottle is stashed away in my bathroom cabinet along with my other disappointments :(

Thank you for the Dove Nourishing Oil Care, I do enjoy testing new products, but, this time I was surprisingly disappointed, I used the shampoo and conditioner the first day and thought that maybe I did it wrong, but after five days I was sure that I really don't like this product from Dove. It made my hair feel heavy, uncontrollable and it was as if I could not get my hair rinsed out properly after use. I am sorry about this review but I am sure that you want teh truth and not a soppy story about how happy I am when I am not. I have gone back to using my favourite Intensive Repair shampoo and conditioner and I love it.

I just want to thank Beauty Bulletin again for sending me an execellent parcel, this Dove oil Treatment is truly amazing, my hair is softer than ever, as i said before in my other review, my hair was badly damaged after colouring and highligting and after chemo my hair was very fragile, and it felt like grass after all my colouring expeditions, but the Dove conditioner treatment and Dove oil daily conditioner treatment and shampoo is absolutly amazing, my hair is better than ever, i am so satisfied and happy with my hair. Thank you.

This treatment conditioner was sent to me by BB. I saw it retailing in Clicks for around R59 for 180ml bottle. And by the way, this conditioner is an extra treatment/conditioner in this range in addition to a usual conditioner that I personally haven't tried.

I am extremely surprised by how much I enjoyed this product. Normally, I would never go for a nourishing type of conditioner particularly with any oil in it because my hair is so fine and gets weighed down easily. However, this treatment works perfectly without taking away the volume. I can't describe exactly what it does, but when I rinse it out, my hair just feels whole and nourished. I have also had a very layered haircut that sometimes made my ends look choppy and sort of dry. I love how this conditioner calms it down without being heavy. Just as with the shampoo, the aroma is amazing and the golden ribbon of oils is very luxurious. I really love this treatment and recommend it highly! I have tried so many hair products and this is one of very few favourites!

I was pleasantly surprised by the gold stripe in the conditioner. I wasn't quite sure what it was but read the back of the pack and it said that it was the intensive conditioner component.

I like this product. It smells nice and the packaging looks good. It doesn't make my hair oily. I can't say I've noticed much of a difference in my hair using it - probably as I have been using the Dove hair products before this anyway!

This is such a luxurious treatment conditioner. After using it on my hair, it feels so soft and I can run my fingers through my hair so easily, just like the feeling you get when you've just been to the hair dresser.
I suffer from horrible frizz and this treatment definitely helps calm things down.
I love that it has nutri-oils that contain the essential nutrients' that your hair need to keep strong and healthy.
I know that my hair is taken care of with Dove's nourishing oil care range.

The packaging is very attractive. I like how they add a gold to it as it give you the sense of luxury.

The shampoo and Conditioner smells divine. I had a few people compliment me about how lovely my hair smell.

after shampoo the moment it touches your hair it feels soft and not so much tangling.

Over all i would recommend this product for anybody with dry frizzy hair.

Oh yes - Dove Does It Again!

OUTSIDE: Very attractive packaging, definitely eye-catching and a professional appearance. I like the gold ring on the cap and the gold droplet with the sparkle (front and back image).

The top has a "solid" flat seal, unlike some products that sometimes "pop" at the seam. The cap is great - no struggling with wet hands, it opens easily.

INSIDE: Before opening, the fragrance was already amazing. Upon use, it was even better. The Conditioner has a soft fragrance, is light textured and easy to apply. You only need a little as it goes a long way.

The Conditioner is so effective, I could comb my wet hair with my fingers, instead of struggling to untangle the usual knots with an “Afro” comb. I was amazed at how quickly it worked! There was a definite change in texture and the product rinsed out easily unlike I previously thought it would as it contains Nutri-Oil.

Drying my hair seemed easier as there was no tangling. The end result was smooth, soft and frizz-free hair. No more fly away strands, my hair felt well nourished.

I recommend this product wholeheartedly!

Pssst: Even the guys at work came to touch my hair and said it’s incredibly soft. (They knew I was doing the review) So, there’s the proof!

I was previously very impressed with the 'intensive repair' treatment conditioner, so I was very excited to see how this product compared.
I was at first apprehensive about using this treatment conditioner, as I tend to have very oily roots, so many conditioners leave my fine hair limp. However, my worries were unnecessary, as this product did an amazing job at somehow nourishing my dry, highlighted lengths while still leaving my hair weightless and with plenty of movement :) It helped return shine to hair that had been dulled by repeated treatment with bleach, and my hair consequently looks and feels much healthier and stronger. I also notice that I have less problems with flyaways and frizziness, which is fantastic. It is also super convenient that this product works so well in only 1 minute. I also liked the subtle fragrance that the product had, as well as the gold striped colour of it: it felt like a luxurious product.
I highly recommend this treatment conditioner :)

Thank you Kerri and Lori for the opportunity to review the new exciting range from Dove. My daughter and I really had fun trying out the new products and comparing our experiences. I have thicker, coarser hair which tends to get dry and frizzy whilst SMTCHA022 has thinner hair.

We both can only rave about both products. Dove Intensive repair shampoo with fibre actives and Dove damage therapy intensive repair conditioner is usually on my shopping list. So I really was excited to try out the two new products. I found both products: Dove hair therapy nourishing oil care shampoo and the daily treatment conditioner to be really excellent. I could see and feel the difference immediately. It left my hair feeling smooth, controlled the frizziness and really added shine. It is great to use daily and the fact that the conditioner can be left on for one minute is great and it really does provide instant nourishment.

This has a very pretty and subtle scent. It leaves your hair feeling soft, manageable and silky. I have more bounce to my hair and definitely less frizz. I love that the consistency is quite thick and you don't need all that much to get good results. I also like the gold stripe running through the conditioner. The packaging is fabulous with the gold - gives an almost luxurious look to the product.

This treatment conditioner is very moisturising and nourishing due to the fact that it contains almond oil and coconut oil. I love coconut oil and I swear by it. Even though this has a lot of oils in it it doesn't leave my super fine hair feeling greasy or weighed down.

A very affordable and effective product. Worth trying out.

I love this conditioning treatment so much! From the very first time I tried it I noticed how soft and shiny it made my hair. Over the course of 2 weeks I have noticed that the condition of the shafts of my hair strands has improved a lot so this treatment definitely not only conditions but repairs damaged hair. I also really love the scent of both the shampoo and conditioner. The thing I probably liked most about this treatment is that it is incredibly quick and easy to use and washes out very easily - unlike other treatments that hang on for dear life and by the time you get it all off your hair you've striped your hair of all the product. This is a fantastic product!

This is by far the BEST conditioner I have ever used, Thank u BB for sending it my way!!!! My hair is colour and heat processed which often results in dry and damaged hair, so for this reason, I am always looking for products that will keep my hair looking glossy, and most impotantly, healthy!

I love the gorgeous marble effect of the white conditioner and the golden ribbon of oil, it definitely adds the wow factor. The conditioner has a beautiful fragrance, luxurious texture and spreads easily and evenly onto the hair. The best part though is that its rinses out very well without the feeling of product build up! Usually when applying a conditioner to my hair, I always need to shampoo after rinsing as to get rid of any build up which might cause an oily mess when styling. So I really appreciate the fact that Dove has truly delivered a weightless formula that rinses out instantly leaving my hair soft and nourished with out the build up!

The result? No need for extra styling products before or after flat ironing my hair (Yay), my hair is smooth, glossy, soft, beautifully fragranced, static and frizz free, straighter (the morning after styling, no kinks or curls!), my hair feels light, and my split ends definitely look alot less angry!!

A gorgeous paring do the Oil Care shampoo and conditioners make! The conditioner is housed in a 180ml squeeze tube and when squeezed from its packaging, shows that it is a dynamic duo of gold and white! The stripes remind me of those old-school soft serve ice-creams. The gold part of the conditioner is the Nutri-oils and the white part, the conditioner. I do believe that this is next generation conditioner! It left my hair feeling soft, silky and super manageable and my hair didn’t feel weighed down at all. I do believe that you should be a bit careful as to how much you use as it MAY leave your hair feeling weighted as the almond oil within is a heavy oil. I love conditioners and this is definitely my favourite one so far.

The conditioner tube is white and gold and has a certain air of luxury to it. The tube is easy to open but I found the cap to be a bit tight but that’s fine as it means the product won’t leak out. I have really long hair and thankfully don’t need to wash my hair every day, but if I did, the conditioner would probably only last 2 weeks. The smell is divine and I sometimes open the bottle just to sniff the product! It’s so clean smelling and inviting and imparts that lovely fragrance in to my hair. Not overpowering but just enough.

Wow finally a product that truly delivers, its not like the other I have used before where you apply it and it feels great but then you wash it off, this was still there, after I rinsed my hair was still silky and soft, the smell lasted for a few days as did the manageability, my hair has more shine, its smoother and after blow waving without any other product it was smoother and straighter than ever before, im switching for sure, completely convinced,love dove.

My hair is highlighted, and has heat damage from excessive ironing.

I used the Dove Nourishing Oil Care Shampoo to start, following up with the Dove Nourishing Oil Care Conditioner.

I was truly impressed with the conditioner product. It said "rinse for instant results", and the results were truly instant.

For the purpose of the review I refrained from using additional hair products, post wash and condition, namely leave in frizz serums/sprays etc as I would usually do.

I was blown away at the way my hair felt after I had blow dried it.

I can confidently say, that my hair has not felt this great in a very long time. My hair is now smooth and soft to the touch, and feels light in weight and strong and healthy, and smells so delicious.

I am switching to this brand, and recommending it to friends and family.

If it feels like this after one wash, I can only imagine what ongoing treatment would do for my hair.

I have to say I am very impressed with the results the Dove Nourishing Oil Care conditioner had on my hair.

I suffer with dry and brittle hair due to continuously dying my hair, but after using this product my hair is so soft and manageable. The kind of treatment you would receive from a salon and that you would pay a substantial amount for. I really am speechless on how just after one wash my hair was so much more easy to manage and weightless. I do leave the conditioner in for a couple more minutes than recommended and my hair really goes soft and silky

The really like the fragrance of this product, it is delightful and not too overbearing

I would really recommend this product for any person that has problem hair, it really does work and just after on wash.

I must admit, I think the Dove range of hair products are really outstanding

Wow, I was bit scared in trying this on my hair because when i received the parcel i had weave on so i wanted to test it with weave and my natural hair,on i used the Dove Shampoo and the conditioner and it made my hair soft and removed all the grease that i had my weave, i took off the weave on Monday and i used it on my natural hair, it made to be extra smooth it was easy to com it. and it didn't tingle like it normally does when you remove weave and it didn't break that much. I will highly recommend the Dove Natural Therapy to anyone. I'm sure getting one for my sisters

Dove calls it "Weightless" because your hair won't fall flat from all the nourishment and treatment it receives from both the shampoo and conditioner. Wash as normal your hair and rinse, then I recommend to leave the conditioner on for 2-5min and rinse again.

Even though the main ingredients are oily, your hair won't look oily at all so it is safe to use this everyday without looking like you haven't washed in weeks. I do however recommend to not touch your hair (THIS WILL BE VERY HARD, BECAUSE YOUR HAIR WILL BE SOFTER THAN SILK HAHA) all the time or run your fingers through it, because then it might look a little bit oily.

Just to add : I loooove the smell of this product!! I think Dove should bring out a perfume!!!!

This looks like a tooth paste due to it being a 2in1 and the colour nicely explained on the top of the product. The gold ribbon being the treatment and the white being the conditioner. You apply this product from the ear down to the tip as this is the driest part of the hair it says to leave on for 1 minute but I like to leave it on for longer while in the shower so the heat will open the hair follicles for better absorption and also giving it more time to really work into the hair. This product is great because it works really quickly and it is also a 2 in 1 so you don’t need to go out and buy a separate treatment and conditioner. The packaging is a lovely gold and usual dove white. The information on the packaging is to the point and informative. My hair is oily at the roots and dry at the tip and is frizzy and has a lot of volume. after I washed my hair it felt silky and smooth and smelt amazing. Also it was great as it did not make my hair oily as I thought it would. I didn’t like the fact that it gave my hair so much volume as my hair is fluffy on its on so I want something that would weigh down my hair. The range contains very nice natural oils of almond an coconut as stated in their ingredients. I also noticed my hair being less fizzy as what it claimed to do. It’s affordable and really does what it claims to do. Really recommend this to anybody who has dry,frizzy or rough hair.

Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Treatment Conditioner is definitely one of the best conditioners on the market today. Normally conditioners leave my hair feeling flat, over-moisturised and prone to being oily. To tell the truth, I hardly condition more than once a week to keep my hair and skin from becoming oily and sticky. After 7 days of daily treatment with Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Treatment Conditioner, my hair had not yet become sticky and while my skin was more oily than usual, I found that this could be controlled by conditioning every other day.

My hair is soft and silky smooth and even the almost split ends seem to have been rescued. I am very happy with this product and will recommend it to anyone who suffers from oily hair and/or skin with a clear conscience.

I absolutely love this product! It leaves my hair wonderfully soft and has helped diminish the really craziness of my split ends. I love the Dove brand, and I'm very excited about their ongoing innovation in hair care. The best part is that you can have an intensive hair treatment, daily, in just a minute. It is affordable and readily available. A real winner!

I have only recently started using the product (thanks to BeautyBulletin)and OMG, why didn't I use it before. I use my hair straightner every single day and that always left my hair dry and I am embarrassed to say but it would start itching after a while because it was so dry. Now, I can style my hair and it doesn't itch and stays straight, shiny and healthy until the next wash.
Dove have certainly got a winner with this product and I will NEVER use another product again. Come on ladies.....TRY IT :)

Definitely a five star product in all respects! I love the yellow and white toothpaste type formulation and it is just the right consistency to coat my long hair! I liked the smell of this conditioner, which is subtle and pretty. No tangles after rinsing - yay! My hair was left feeling healthy and looking glossy. I was a bit worried about my hair being left weighed down, despite the claims that it wouldnt, but my worries were for nothing as I am able to leave my hair a day without washing just as I do with my normal conditioner and it still looks clean and shiny. Its dual action treatment and conditioning action, means saving money ( always good for beauty on a tight budget). All in all a big thumbs up to Dove for a fantastic product and a HUGE thank you to the BB ladies for sending me this product.

After reading about Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Treatment Conditioner, I thought i would give it a try.....
Well I am sooo glad I did!! My hair has gone from dry, frizzy, lacklustre hair to a gorgeous mane of shiny, hydrated & healthy hair! I LOVE the scent and so its economical & lasting.

I love this product! It made my hair feel healthy and shiny without weighing it down and making my hair feel heavy. I love the fact that it is a treatment and conditioner in one, so I do not need two seperate products. The dual action formula is a brilliant concept and I would definitely buy this in future. My hair was left tangle free as well as soft and manageable. Thanks BB for introducing me to Dove products!

I was very excited to try this product after I fell in LOVE with the Intensive Repair Daily Treatment Conditioner... Oil Care has to be even better for my dry, damaged hair, right? Sadly. no :( I was quite surprised that this conditioner did not leave my hair as soft as I expected. I struggled to get the tangles out and my hair was still frizzy when dried. I definately prefer the 'blue' tube.

I have ethnic hair and a medium texture, at first i thought its for Caucasian hair but as soon as i was done with the treatment ohh my word, my hair was soft full of life and smelling great.....

great product. the 1st time i used it was after using the oil nourishing shampoo.
on my fine, over processed hair I was eager to see how it would respond to this product.
after shampooing my hair, I applied a small amount of conditioner from roots to ends, massaged it an, combed through and rinsed.
this left my hair feeling amazing, soft, smooth and most importantly-frizz free! however, the following day, ,y hair was oily and I had to shampoo my hair again.
this time, I first towel dried the lengths of my hair (nothing on the roots!), then applied a small amount of conditioned through and combed it through using the scalp brush. (combing shampoo and conditioner through is just an added benifit as this help smooth the cuticle) this turned out to be a much better option for me :)
for under R60, this is a great conditioner that I highly recomend to anyone who suffers from frizz!

After shampooing my hair I applied a small amount of the conditioner and went on to straighten my hair Wow I suffer with terrible frizzy hair and my hair felt like silk and no frizz whasoever I am over the moon with this product it has a lovley golden texture and a lovely fragrance I am definitely going to purchase the treatment products.

Next up, after using the shampoo - conditioner! That was a nice surprise! A lovely golden colour, and smooth texture. Also, just need a small amount, really not more that the famous pea size. It did it for me!! Lovely smooth hair the whole day long. Couldn’t resist touching the hair all the time.
After a long day, still smooth and not flat at all. Even got a compliment that the hair looks healthy and has a great shine to it.
Went to the shop today to check out the price. That was a surprise too. Not bad at all!!!!
