I used it in between washes, when my hair was in need of a conditioning boost. It's probably my fault, perhaps I was a little heavy-handed and didn't mist lightly onto my hair, but afterwards my hair felt more weighed-down and a little oilier. While I agree that the product was light-weight, it was really just like spritzing water on my hair. I also used it on it's own, as a leave-in conditioner after washing my hair, and it wasn't as effective as other brands I've tried, or even as the other conditioners in the range.
