Dior Addict Lip Glow

I love this product. My lips get really dry, so the natural pink of my lips doesn't show. When I put this on, the pink instantly showed! It also helped to stop making my lips so dry! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

This was one product I was really keen on trying, I have really, really dry lips. The skin tends to peel off in little flakes, and no amount of exfoliating seems to help. I like that this has SPF in it.

This lip glow comes in a hard plastic case that is a pretty pink color. It has a little silver ball on the end. Very attractive and classy packaging.

The color is sheer and enhances your natural lip color. I don’t always wear makeup, and this feels like it would fit really well into my zero-effort beauty regimen. It feels like something I could keep in my handbag and slap on without having to use a mirror or worry about fading or how it’s wearing.

It’s not sticky at all, and it feels deeply moisturizing and conditioning. It has left my lips feeling soft and supple. Love that it is also long-lasting. After applying this, a couple of hours later I noticed, it was still definitely on my lips only some shine was lost. The pigment did not wear off, and my lips still feel nice and conditioned.

This lip glow has certainly helped me get through Winter :)

This lip "balm"does what is says - it soothes your lips with a nice tingling sensation, whilst at the same time enhancing the pink in your natural lip color (so no 2 people will look exactly the same wearing it). It's left my lips feeling moisturised (in harsh winter conditions here and whilst fasting so I am quite dried out) and makes my lips a bit fuller too.
The packaging is distinctly Dior so you can't miss it!
It is on a slightly higher price point, but it does last quite long and you are paying for a quality product from a renowned beauty house.

The lipstick looks quite intimidating when you first look at it but the Dior Addict Lipsticks give a sheer finish that is beautifully soft. The colour however can be built up quite easily as you can see from the colour swatches in the photo I have uploaded. If you want a darker colour that is not sheer it is better to go for the Dior Addict Extreme Lipstick.

The formulation of this lipstick is truly amazing. It is soft and non-greasy on your lips because it has a gel formulation with 25% less wax in it. It truly nourishes and moisturises lips so very well while plumping lips and enhancing the lip colour. With 44 different shades on offer I am sure everyone will find a colour they will love!

When Beauty Bulletin sent me a lipstick to test as part of the 50 Shades of Lustful Lipstick send out and I saw that it was a Dior lipstick, I literally let out a little scream from pure excitement.

I had very high expectations for this lipstick, not only because of the name of the brand, but also because I have an almost fantasy built up in my head around what it would be like. So as soon as I got it, I immediately opened up the box. I have a shade called Lucky and I definitely thought it was an appropriate name when applied to me, because I felt incredibly lucky to be given this product to review. The colour is a fuchsia pink with a coral undertone that can be built up to a bright pink that is classy.

At first I was a little apprehensive about the bright, bold shade of pink but I have played around with it pigmentation and found a good shade for me. The pigmentation can be easily built up and the bold look leaves you with bright, glossy looking lips that looks incredibly beautiful. I have been using the lipstick every day for over a week now and have found that the condition of my lips is amazing - Super soft and smooth. The colour lasts incredibly well, about 5 hours of wear although you do lose some of the glossy look and it settles on a subtle matte colour - that personally I like a lot. There is no flakey look and it definitely does not dry out your lips at all. I think this makes it the perfect lipstick. The consistency is very creamy which allows the colour to be applied easily and evenly. When using this, it really does feel like you are using an incredible lip balm so I find myself reaching for this throughout the day. It is just such a treat to use and I feel so glamorous.

I honestly can't find any flaw with this lipstick - it's light wearing, long lasting and incredibly moisturising. I can't wait for pay day because I think I am going to treat myself to another colour...that is how much I love this!

The lipstick has a gorgeous colour that can be worn to both smart and casual events. When applied it does however have a very fine grainy texture which wasn't my favourite aspect. I also experienced an odd tingly feeling once the lipstick had been on for a while, not the best feeling.

I've been dying to try out a bold and bright lip colour but have been really hesitant in case I look really stupid and it doesn't suit me. When I received my BB goodie bag and saw this I was completely and utterly beside myself as this colour is divine.

The colour is a fuschia pink and has slight sparkly bits in but not too much which is just how I like my lipstick. The packaging is beautiful and in keeping with the Dior brand. The shape of the lipstick tube is the same as the Dior Addict perfume.

The application is so smooth and it has a glossy shine but not too much. It makes my lips feel fabulous and the colour makes me feel like a rockstar. I usually keep my makeup natural when wearing this hot colour as I want my lips to have the limelight.

I'm truly obsessed with this AH-MAZING lipstick!!!

Dior Addict is one of the best lipsticks I have used. I hate having sticky products on my lips and therefore avoid lip products generally but this product has proved that I don't have to stay away!
With this lipstick, I don't even realise I am wearing it...Huge plus for me!

The packaging of the Dior Lip Glow is BEAUTIFUL! It’s made in a pretty baby pink colour that is slightly translucent. It has a wonderful weight to it and just from holding the lip balm, you can feel that it’s good quality. The cap clicks into the silver sleek container that holds the balm.

The balm itself is also baby pink and when applied it appears to add no colour on your lips, but in a few seconds, you will notice that your natural lip colour is enhanced and has a slight glossy effect as well. This is perfect for ladies who don’t want to wear lipstick everyday and prefer to have natural looking, yet beautifully radiant lips. This product is SUPER moisturising and even after many hours when the lip balm has faded, it doesn’t leave your lips feeling dry or sore. I find with some lip balms it feels good once you apply it, but when the balm is not on your lips, your lips hurt and you feel like you need lip balm immediately before they burn off!!! Dior’s Lip Glow definitely doesn’t do this to my lips, it feels good even after the balm has worn off.

This is great for ladies that are on the go, because you don’t even need a mirror to apply this. It costs R295 at any Dior counter which is quite expensive. But it’s truly a unique product. You can’t compare this to a tinted moisturiser, it’s simple in a league of its own. But this is one advice I will give on this product: Try it at the counter before you buy it because some ladies might not like their enhanced natural lip colour. It looks different on everyone so it’s definitely a very personal product.
