With relaxing my hair I always need to make sure I feed my hair enough goodness, and with the shampoo & conditioner I use, plus this treatment - my hair truly is getting all it needs. One might feel that after the first use, there is no difference, but there sure is after around about the second time one uses it. I did feel a difference as my hair was softer and it also wasn't so prone to breaking. when I detangled my hair while it was wet, that crackly sound was GONE. This one is a good one for us girls out there who relax our hair. PLUS, my mom used this on my hair when I was little which helped keep it strong and thick, so theres even more evidence haha.
