It has a light tint which helps correct dark areas around the eyes immediately. It doesn't conceal, so if necessary - one can apply concealer over this product. The formula is absorbed well, and does not cake. The metal tip is innovative, and has a cooling effect upon application. My only gripe is the amount you get. It retails at R380,00. I gave it a 4/5, as I have yet to see any lasting results. The price is a bit steep - but Clinique is awesome, so well worth the price. As with any product it takes time to see results so I’m really impressed that Clinique added the instant effect to this product, who doesn’t like instant gratification when using a product. The concealer’'esque tint brightens and blends perfectly into my skin so on days when I don’t wear makeup my eyes look fresh and well rested , I found massaging the cold metal applicator while applying helps with depuffing and cooling the eyes too . I’ve used this as an under eye primer /brightener for when I do wear makeup , since the texture is very silky and moisturizing the under eye makeup looks a thousand times better than when I don’t. So while using it for the above purposes at the same time its working its magic to reduce dark circles long term and that makes this Even Better Eyes a gem for any woman.
