My lips always felt hydrated and moist at all times. The amazing part was taking the gloss off at night for bed and waking up with soft lips in the morning, so ideally the moisture is locked into your lips. Truly amazing. There’s nothing worse than cracked brittle lips as a woman and with this product that’s happens NEVER. I love Clarins products. The shade is a subtle mixture of brown and plum .
