Whenever my skin goes all blemish-y (usually hormonal), I use this oil until the breakout is over. And it definitely speeds up the healing and prevents more spots from appearing. When I was pregnant and sick as a dog, my skin reacted really badly to the hormones - my sister sent me this oil from overseas and it was the best gift I ever could have received.
