Caribbean Tan Body Shimmer Cream

I bought the Caribbean Tan Spritzer once, and was very impressed by it. But after purchasing the Shimmer Cream, I found that the actual cream was too thick too come out of the bottle, I eventually removed the cap and tried to shake it out (even my husband tried) but no luck. I had to scrape it out of the bottle with a knive(and by then my patience was running out). When I applied it, it had a funny texture and created streaks on my legs with no tanned colour at all! My legs was exfoliated so that could not be the problem. A few weeks later we went on vacation and I gave it another try, but the same thing happened. Did anyone else experience this, or did I buy a faulty product?

I can not use self tan products. Rather, I have not yet found one that doesnt leave my skin yellow. I tried this product in the hopes that it would at least give me a relative bronze effect. I was so disappointed in this product. I could just as well not applied anything at all. It didnt even give a great shimmer much less a bronzing effect.
