It can be used for absolutely everything that you need. I use this product because I have extremely dry and sensitive skin, and this balm so so natural and fragrance free, it's perfect for worrying skin. After using this product my skin felt so moisturised and hydrated that no lotion could make my skin feel that way! The balm is slightly thick, however once applied to skin (apply a thin layer) and massage into warm skin well, the product leaves no residue or sticky or oily feeling.
