Waist Trainers... Yes or No?

0
Waist training is growing to become one of the biggest trends
From celebs like Kim Kardashian to the everyday woman
strutting her stuff wherever she may be.

However those who have never tried it may have many suspicions on whether it works or not.
I was one of them; until I purchased a lower end waist trainer just to test the waters and see if there would actually be any change or if it was all just for the buzz

I confirm they definitely do work!!!
And like a bomb!
After about 2 - 3 months of wearing it throughout the day I have noticed a much smaller, defined waist and flatter tummy and this without any gym or diet
However with that being said imagine if you lived a much healthier lifestyle, balanced diet and a good gym routine, it could really work to your advantage creating that desirable sexy hourglass figure.

Key things to remember:

*The waist trainer should be 100% latex
*Wear for at least 9hours a day
*Do not eat heavy meals after taking off your trainer
*Do not scratch any areas that may itch around the area or back,
this can create stretch marks
*Don't force yourself, yes it will be uncomfortable at first but do not force yourself or tighten too much
*Once it feels comfortable, it's time to move on to the next hook
*Keep in mind that waist trainers come in different sizes, check your size before buying

Waist trainers can cost from R500 - over R1000
Make sure that wherever you purchase from is legit

It works we all love to look good but the organs on the inside tend to shift to their normal position & get squashed due to these waist trainers.
Some manufacturers will only sell the good side of the product but for the long run these aren't really safe to our bodies I'd rather go to gym & be in shape the natural way.
    Health hazard:D

ZaShandu hence I say it is important to first check your size and not push the limits of your body. Know when it is too much and you are pushing too hard

I think I would try it out, just to see if it works.
I struggle with my mid section, so anything that would help will be an option for me.

I naturally have a very small waist and huge hips, I use the waist trainer to created a more defined and slimmer look...

As with anything; proceed with caution

I got one of these but it was so uncomfortable I only managed to wear it for 2 days. How are you ladies managing to push for longer?

Tends, it's important to check your dress size and then purchase a waist trainer to suit your body size.

I will feel uncomfortable the first few days and then your body will start to adjust.
However, again, never force it, you should be able to breathe freely and still function normally. If you are in pain then it is too tight

Never thought of trying it out...... till now! I used a belly binder after a c - section over two years ago. It helped for the pain but not for contracting my waist size. I say yes! My belly is is in need of some serious waist training. I'm in the market for a trainer if anyone is selling. Thanku for the info :)

Bowers you will be surprised on the effect it has on your tummy, I thought it only pulls in your waist but after months of waist I have noticed that my tummy is much flatter

    BUT REMEMBER!!!!

never eat heavy meals after taking your trainer off, this will cause the muscles to expand again
