Brittle nails are not fun and makes anyone want to hide their hands from being seen.
But there is hope for brittle nails >

1. Enrich your diet / food intake with nuts and plant oils. Omega 3 & 6 supplements are an option as well.
2. Always apply oil to your nail beds twice a daily least. Do massage each nail for a couple of seconds, this is to stimulate circulation.
3. Opt to use nail strengtheners instead of clear varnish or regular base coat.
4. Choose acetone-free nail polish remover. Although it takes longer to finally remove all the polish off your nails, the damage will always be much less.
5. Avoid all sorts of artificial and give your nails time to strengthen and grow.
