Hi all!

So I've been having some major issues sleeping lately, which means the dark circles around my eyes have increased, the puffy bags around my eyes have increased and the general sleep deprivation leaves my skin looking very drained. My question is what are some natural remedies to treat the above problems, but more importantly, the actual sleep issues.

I figured that if I figure out how to get decent sleep, a lot of the other skin issues will disappear soon after. So what methods are there that help you get sleep?

And how do I remove the appearance of the puffiness around my eyes, as concealer only covers the circles, but does nothing for the visible puffiness from certain angles. I'm not under any particular stress at the moment, so the reason behind the lack of ability to sleep is strange.

Please help a girl out :)

Peace xxx

hi there

Rooibos teabags placed over each eye for a minute or so really helps to reduce puffiness.

Alternatively try a slice or two of any of the following:

Potato
Cucumber

Washing your eyes, with an eyebath which contains a fennel herbal tincture, helps to clean the eyes and restore its rejuvenation. Fennel is said to have great benefits for eye health.

Annique has a great Energising Eye gel which is perfect for dark circles and puffines. Also contains Eyeliss, with peptide technology, which aids in the reduction of puffiness and improvement of circulation, firmness, tone and elasticity. Contains Rooibos extract for its antioxidant properties. FRAGRANCE FREE

Hope this helps.

Hi . We all experience sleepless nights at one point or another .what I do is soak in the tub with some essential bath oils and drink a mug of warm milk before getting to bed . also make sure to not take your phone or laptop to bed with you,it just continues to stimulate your brain therefore sleep just won't come lol I speak from experience. As for the bags and dark circles I think Zarina has covered it well.
I just want to add that a cotton Ball soaked in cooled rose water helps a lot with puffiness..
Hope this is of some help to you
