Silky smooth skin during winter

As winter creeps in and the chill has an effect on the skin, it is time to switch from light body lotions to acqeous creams and heavier body lotions.

The tricks I use to keep my skin healthy and silky during winter is by following this regimen:

1. To get rid of all body hair except on my face and hair (yes ladies, especially down there)...*pouts*

2. Is to exfoliate at least twice a week with a body glove and exfoliator (you can do a home-made one by mixing olive oil, sugar, salt and a bit of perfumed baby gels or oil for the aroma or mix with shower gel fr the foam lather).

3. I mix my body lotion with baby oil, tissue oil or olive oil (it doesn't have to be costly).

4. Soak your feet in warm salt water and apply baby jelly or lotion then wear a pair of warm socks to bed...

 

You dont have to spend a lot of money on beauty products, you just have to shop smart and do regular maintenance of skin care... I'm fabulous at 40:)))))))
