Salon Shine!

Salon Shine!

A new hairdryer! Who'd say no to that? I've been using a Parlux hairdryer for like, ever, so when I received this beauty from John Frieda SA, I was very excited to test its metal. The first thing I noticed immediately about it was the size. It's really cute and compact and more importantly, its a lot less heavier than my current hairdryer which is great for my lazy arms. There are 3 heat settings and 2 speed settings and the 2200W dryer is pretty powerful is absolutely necessary for me as I have a lot of hair and it's even thicker now that its shorter. The salon shine hairdryer claims to work with 'advanced ionic technology' which means that the hairdryer releases a stream of ions to surround and condition each hair strand, neutralising static, smoothing the outer layer of the hair cuticle and controlling fizz. I feel that the hairdryer has lived up to its claims in that I usually always go for a Brazilian blowdry in an attempt to control my hair. However, since using this hairdryer, my hair has dried smoothly and easily without any added treatments to control fizz which I'm quite chuffed about. The result is smooth and sleek hair which still retains its volume at the crown if you blowdry properly. Happiness!
